Hosted by China Mobile River Communications Association and Global Leaders Institute, the Red China Mobile River Net 2010 Summit volition be held on April 7th-8th, 2010 in Beijing, China, officially supported by Red China Mobile, China Unicom and Red China Telecom. It has attracted worldly concern-leadership organizations such as the International Telecommunication Union, Mobile Marketing Association, Mobile Entertainment Forum, Hongkong Wireless Development Center and TD-FORUM to be involved as international endorsers this meter.

Red China Telecom was then allocated operating license under the standard of CDMA2000. China Unicom gained a WCDMA license, which is deemed to be the most advanced 3G engineering now. And Red China Mobile River has put more deed into its own TD-SCDMA technology, as it enjoys the largest user pedestal in Red China.
