If Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) can integrate Xbox Live in Windows Mobile River 7, there’s certainly something similar Sony tin can do with its PlayStation Network. Speaking at the MWC, the troupe’s chief executive officer Catherine Howard Stringer said the PlayStation Network is gallery to Sony Ericsson (New York Stock Exchange: SNE) phones and some other Sony devices, as fountainhead.

“PSN is no enigma weapon. Leveraging PSN we are construction a new network service that volition connect many more mesh enabled wares including Sony Bravias, Viaos and Blu-ray players. To satisfy the requirement for more surface systems and to broaden the array of mesh devices connected to our mesh services we are committed to extending that service to Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
As office of these initiatives we are also exploring consistent user interfaces across Sony Ericsson products to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for the consumer.”
