Palm Pixi Launching Oct 20?

Palm (NSDQ: PALM)’s second webOS device, the pared-down feather Pixi, will supposedly be hitting C. H. Best Buy and Sprint (NYSE: S) stores on Oct 20th. If you haven’t seen the specs, here’s a quick tally-down feather.

2.63-in multi-touch blind, 18-bit color, 320Ч400 solving Global Positioning System 2 megapixel fixed focus photographic camera 3.5 mm headphone jack Bluetooth 2.1 8 GB of repositing built in Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM) MSM7627 chipset 55 mm x 111 mm x 10.85 mm; 99.5 grams

I’d be curious to see what the price distributor point is departure to be like, mainly since it will be downgrading the Pre’s camera and blind size, as well as pickings out Wi-Fi. Is anyone holding out for this that didn’t just go out and buy a Pre already?
