Nokia and ST-Ericsson today announced a long-term partnership in the area of TD-SCDMA technology and solutions. As part of the partnership, Nokia will be exploitation ST-Ericsson as a keystone supplier of chipset platforms in its Symbian based TD-SCDMA devices and solutions portfolio.
The partnership with ST-Ericsson volition bring Nokia’s industry leading involvement with the TD-SCDMA criterion to the next level. The partnership volition enhance both companies’ leading billet in PRC’s mobile marketplace and will create a robust user experience for Chinese consumers.
