Motorola i1 Gets the Hands-On Treatment [video]

With CTIA 2010 going on right field now, radio companies are going to start releasing more and more information about their devices. And, in distributor point of fact, there’s departure to be a draw more handsets roving around the convention floor. Motorola would rather handle things a act differently: they’d rather sit us down at a board, and show off their latest Android-based French telephone. Hera we have the Motorola i1, the worldly concern’s first base Push-to-Talk Android French telephone. And, if it weren’t for a few random issues we have with the earphone, we’d be pretty smitten.

The Motorola i1 has a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen, a 5Mp photographic camera, and it’s obviously got the Push-to-Talk feature going for it. Other than that, it’s the criterion Android gimmick. And, by criterion, we mean it. The i1 is rocking Android 1.5. Not good. There’s obviously no talking about an rise right now, but hopefully that gets sorted out eventually. Then again, considering the PTT and stage business oriented-position of this device, maybe the update isn’t at the top of Motorola’s priorities.

So, without us rambling on, return a looking at the videos, and argument with yourself whether or not the gimmick is up your alleyway.
