As expected, the first populace release of Firefox Mobile River (a.k.a Fennec) is available today for the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) N900. I haven’t seen a lot of big changes in this specific edition, but you tin checkout out the changelog for highlights. Obviously the big lineament is documentation for nag-ins, but the iconic Awesome Bar, tabbed browse, and overall excellent internet browse experience are solid merchandising points. The N900 already has a great indigen web browser though – the real test will be when Firefox comes to a platforms that actually needs it, like BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM). To get downloading, go to firefox.com/m on your N900.
