February saw this class’s Mobile River World Congress (MWC), dominated by announcements from Samsung and HTC. In a gaolbreak from custom, neither Nokia nor LG exhibited at the coitus, and Nokia in fact made no significant computer hardware announcements this calendar month.
Samsung
The Samsung Wave S8500 launches Samsung’s new Bada operating platform onto the market, while it is certainly an appealing device we rich person yet to see if the public have an appetency for yet another smartphone OS. Another touchscreen headphone announced is the Samsung Monte S5620 which has some high gear-oddment features couple with a midrange monetary value tag end. Two more conventional "Monte" branded devices are the Samsung Monte Slider E2550 and Samsung Monte Bar C3200 which are both pretty conventional handsets. Another touchscreen, but this time a little more down-market is the Samsung Ch@T B3410W. The Samsung I8520 is yet another touchscreen handset, but this time with the unusual addition of a built-in projector. On top of these new announcements, a couple of handsets hitting the marketplace this month ar the Samsung Genoa C3510 and the unashamedly girlie Samsung Diva S7070.
