Dell and People’s Republic of China Mobile River talk smartphones

“Dell is in talks with People’s Republic of China Mobile River to crack a smartphone based on the aircraft carrier’s mobile operating system, a move that would return Dell into a huge but competitive marketplace in People’s Republic of China, an analyst said Monday.”
